Weekend 3 - Liberty Science Ctr & Park, Father's Day

Just before we left for the day Sammers got a bad bonk. He looks so tough in this picture... minus the tears. :)
The Liberty Science Center is like a science focused children's museum. It was really cool. These are the only two pictures I got but it really was awesome.

Crane simulator
This was part of the "grossology" exhibit. Eliza would put the thing in one of those holes to create a different tooting noise. I felt like an immature teenage boy cause I couldn't stop laughing. :)

Afterwards we went over to Liberty park. It was a beautiful view of NY and fun to feel the breeze on the shore and watch all the helicopters. There's still some visible damage from hurricane Sandy which was crazy to see. There's a 9-11 memorial at the park too which was neat. It was a beautiful day so we just hung out for a few hours and talked and played frisbee in the park. It was our only somewhat relaxing Saturday so far and it was really nice!
Father's Day morning. Candy bar posters never go out of style, right?? These are two lucky kids to have such a wonderful Daddy!
