Labor Day and such

A couple weeks ago I was in the kitchen and heard Sam in the living room going "mmm" (like an exaggerated "this is really good" sound). Then he said "wawa, mmm" so I figured he was drinking his sippy cup with water in it and enjoying it particularly well. I even said, "Is that good water, Sam?" Then about 5 minutes went by before I actually walked into the living room and found this...He'd gotten the orange juice out of the fridge when I had it open and was drinking it...and spilling it. I had to snap a picture before I took it away. Being so vocal about how good it was was his way of confessing to me that he was doing something he knew probably was wrong. But unfortunately I didn't pick up on that until after the fact!
For Labor Day we drove up to Island Park (about an hour and a half north) and found a beautiful hike. We definitely wanna go back there. We haven't taken advantage of all the great outdoors here in Idaho as much as we'd like so we're working on changing that.After the hike we went and found a place to shoot Caleb's 22. We shot for a while and it was really fun. It was Sam's first time seeing/hearing a gun and he thought it was pretty cool. The final shoot out ended like this: Caleb - 65, Kim - 60, Laura - 55. JUST for the record. :) Fun day.
