Baby #2

I haven't posted yet that we're expecting baby #2! I'm pretty sure everyone who reads this already knows (which is basically my siblings) but I'll document it anyway. We are VERY excited. I'm 12 weeks along, due March 5th. I've been feeling pretty good. I don't have much of an appetite usually and sometimes in the evenings I feel icky but I feel quite a bit better than I remember feeling with Sam. I do take a nap almost everyday, even if just for twenty minutes, and that seems to help quite a bit. And exercising helps. If I go running I tend to feel better. Now I just need a jogging stroller because pushing Sam in the regular stroller while running is not easy. And it's probably not great for the stroller either. We usually go to McCowin park and run around there and then Sam plays on the playground there for a bit afterwards. Or we run around Cornerstone (the neighborhood next to where we live) and then go to Bridgewater Elementary school and play on that playground. Sam's getting to where he loves climbing around on the playground and loves swinging on the swings too. He is great at spotting bugs, especially ladybugs, and is finally learning to not squish every moving thing he sees!Sam loves playing in the sandbox. Two of our neighbors have them and are happy to let him play in it whenever he wants which is so nice.

Sam loves vegetables, and especially peas. If he sees me approaching his high chair with anything green he gets excited. We love it! :)
A little Sunday afternoon rough housing...Last weekend we went on a fun ward camp out at Peterson's ranch. Only about 5 families stayed over night but lots of people came up for dinner Friday night. We love camping. We didn't get too good of sleep because Sam was pretty restless and we were paranoid about keeping him warm. Half way through the night we realized he was TOO warm, and after we took a few layers off him we all slept much better. But we still loved it. We're going camping again this weekend before it gets too cold! Last week for FHE we went to a Chuckars game (Idaho Falls' minor league baseball team). It was the Melaleuca employee night. Sam didn't really get what was going on but it was fun and the $1 hotdogs are delish.
Saturday Caleb participated in the Melamasters tournament -- the annual Melaleuca golf tournament. He had fun. He is enjoying his job more and is making good progress on lots of his projects. He's learning a lot and feels like he's getting great experience. We're thinking MBA school next fall, but not sure where we'll apply to yet.
We've played tennis a couple times in the last couple weeks and I think we're getting our skills back. :) We went and played with the Jones (who are usually our racquetball buddies) and Sam and Eliora had a good time running around.
Caleb's still working with the young men and I'm now the Primary pianist. It's very different than the Relief Society scene I'm used to but it's fun to get to know the kids and the other adults in primary. I get to go to the two nurseries and do a little 5 minute music time too which is fun.

KIM! Congratulations! That is so fun that you, Lindsay, and Camille will all have babies so close in age! I wish my sisters would hurry up and get married so I can have that sisterly experience.
