Sometimes I'll send Caleb picture messages during the day to let him know what we're up to. Sometimes I also feel bad sending them because he's sitting in a cubicle crunching numbers while we're playing at parks, going shopping, coloring, reading books, and mostly playing with balls! But he says he doesn't mind. :) Here are a few of the pics off my phone that I sent to Caleb throughout the summer. Just wanted to capture a few more of our fun summer memories.

We babysat Mckenna Schuldts several times and once even over night. She's about 7 months in this picture. Sam was always SO good with her. He would want to hold her and when she would cry he'd run over to her and try to help her. He's going to make a great big brother. But this pic is funny because it looks like the exact opposite! His blow up hammer is in the poor girl's face!

Shopping at Walmart. Sam won't sit in the shopping cart seat for long but if I let him stand in the cart part he's good for a while. He looks like such a stud here I think.

Sam's first carousel ride, after playing at the splash pad at Porter park in Rexburg for our ward playgroup.

Kaycie, Lola, and JT were Sam's buddies during the summer. They were always out playing in the backyard. Sam loves this little car that's mysteriously in our backyard. It doesn't belong to anyone but has been here since we moved in!

It rained one day and I opened the door and then ran to get something, thinking Sam would wait for me. Not thirty seconds later I ran outside to find him already sitting in the puddle!

Sam's first of three falls. This first one was when he was stepping out the back door onto the patio. I was watering the cucumbers and had my back turned to him and her a loud bonk on the concrete. His next one was about 4 days later and Caleb and I both witnessed it. He was stepping out of the front door this time onto the front porch. He re-opened the exact same wound on his forehead. Then about a week later he was running after his ball in the parking lot and went down again. Different spot on the forehead, but got his nose pretty good that time. We spend most of our time on the GRASS now.

We spend about 20 minutes almost morning at this playground -- Bridgewater Elementary school. Sam mostly just loves climbing up and down the stairs and playing with the bark.

Bath time after a hair cut.

Waiting for our flight in Denver on our way to/from Houston.

Playing at Porter park in Rexburg.
