Caleb just finished his interview down in Provo for the MBA program and it sounds like it went really well! We were so excited when he got the email last week, requesting he come for an interview. That's definitely a good sign! We should find out in the next couple of weeks if he's accepted into the program or not. He happened to be going to Salt Lake for work to tour a few UPS/Fedex shipping hubs so it worked out perfectly between meetings/tours to drive down to Provo for a quick interview. We've been thinking/talking about how it's so easy looking back to see the Lord's hand guiding our lives, and that gives us complete trust that He will also guide us in the future. Whatever our next step is, it's gonna' be fun!
Not too much else to report here... Sam has always been really good at falling asleep on his own. We just lay him down and walk out and he goes to sleep. But several nights in a row he woke up in the night and so I brought him into our bed. We quickly realized it was becoming a habit after just a few nights, and had to let him cry several times in his bed. Now he has a hard time going to sleep every time we put him in bed, not just if he wakes up in the night. Just not I had to rub his back and sing him songs until he was completely asleep. Otherwise he'll hop up and start saying, "Downstairs, read books, eat rice (rice and veggies are is his favorite!), be nice, hold me Mommy/Daddy, sorry Mommy (that one is the HARDEST to hear!!), drop the paci (b/c the rule is no paci except when he's in bed so he's telling us he's willing to drop his paci to get out of bed), lay down by Daddy" and a few others I'm probably forgetting. Hopefully in the next 6 weeks he can revert back to the good fall asleeper he's always been.
We did some rearranging on Saturday to make room for a bassinet and the rocking chair in our room. We also brought some food storage upstairs to clear out the laundry room a little more. Our dresser is now on top of boxes of food storage! Caleb said, "Have we reached a new level of ghetto or what?" At least it's in our room where nobody sees it. :) I love where we live and I think it's absolutely perfect for now, but we definitely have to get more creative with our space saving techniques as time goes on.
We finally had a good snow a few days ago, but it's all melted already! The warm spell continues. Sam loves to eat snow, and we don't necessarily discourage it... The day it snowed a lot Caleb brought a snow ball inside when he got home from work just for Sam to eat.
Today we went to US Bank where I worked up until I had Sam and I walked up to Pam and showed her my belly and told her I was due in 6 weeks with a girl. Her response was, "Wow, you're bigger than last time!" I said, "I know, a lot bigger." She responded, "Yeah, a LOT bigger!" I guess I didn't realize how much bigger I really am this time!

And, what? You--big? I've seen pictures of you on Cami's blog, and I say you don't know the meaning of big! :)
